Posledný stupeň Sústavy vážskych kaskád je vodná stavba Drahovce – Madunice. Slúži najmä na energetické využitie s celkovým inštalovaným výkonom 43,2 MW, ale tiež na čiastočné zníženie povodňových prietokov vo Váhu a ako zdroj chladiacej vody pre jadrovú elektráreň v Jaslovských Bohuniciach. Hlavné časti vodnej stavby sú: hať Drahovce, ktorá spolu s bočnými zemnými hrádzami vytvára zdrž, prívodný kanál, vodná elektráreň Madunice a odpadový kanál pod VE.

The last stage of the Váh Cascade is the hydraulic structure Drahovce – Madunice. It serves mainly for hydropower generation with a total installed capacity of turbines 43.2 MW, but also for partial reduction of flood discharges on Váh River, and as a source of cooling water for the nuclear power plant Jaslovské Bohunice. The hydraulic structure is constituted of Drahovce Weir, which together with the lateral earthfill dikes create a weir basin, a supply channel, the hydro power plant Madunice and a tailrace channel under hydro power plant.
